The Serta Arctic Mattress collection has four mattresses that were selected as the Most Innovative Mattresses of 2022. The Arctic scored #3 spot on our Best Mattresses of 2022 list. The comfort levels range from firm to medium. Two mattresses are priced at $3,499 and two are $3,999 (queen size). Some mattresses are memory foam while some are hybrid.
