From Cherry -
We are interested in the Serta Confidence Ultra Cushion Top. We
have looked at them locally as well. What we need to know is if this
mattress of yours has the CelliantSleep product in the mattress. The one we looked at locally appears to be the same product but has the CelliantSleep and we cannot tell for sure if yours does. Please advise. Thank you.
Hi Cherry,
Our Confidence ultra cushion top does contain the Celliant sleep. On our site it is listed as “ProEnergy Holofiber”.
This is also listed in the specs on the Serta Confidence product page.

Serta Perfect Sleeper Sapphire Suite Firm Mattress Set – Can you flip this mattress? Is this mattress any good?
Hi Jillian,
Yes, the Sapphire Suite firm can be flipped and rotated. The quality is close to what you could expect from one of the Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress sets. They carry a 10 year warranty and with the way they are constructed, you can expect them to last much longer than that. If you have any questions, please give us a call by dialing 1 800 455 1052.

From George -
We stayed at the Ritz Carrolton Hotel in Pasadena, CA, and really enjoyed the comfort of their pillowtop mattress. We see from your website that they would likely have the Serta Perfect Sleeper Sapphire Suite Pillowtop. How does the Sealy “Signature” Sherman Oaks Luxury Plush Super Box Top compare with this hotel Serta?
Hi George,
The Sherman Oaks by Sealy has a Luxury Plush Super Box Top.
It is considered to be a very soft mattress with a comfort scale of 8.5.
It is a one sided mattress so it can not be flipped.
It contains a couple of layers of latex and memory foam, which are the highest end foams in the mattress industry.
The Serta Hotel Mattress called the Sapphire Suite Pillowtop is a semi soft mattress, not as soft as the Sherman Oaks.
It is a double sided mattress, which means it can be flipped and rotated.
It does not contain any premium foam layers such as Latex or Memory Foam.
The coil systems are similar – they both use a continuous coil.
The coil count is similar – the Sealy count is 782 and Serta’s is 800.
However, Sealy’s coil is bigger and thicker.
The coil gauge (thickness) is stronger in the Sealy at 14 vs the Serta has a 14 3/4 gauge, which is a little softer.

From Bridget -
I received my King Serta Perfect Day Reawaken Pillow Soft Mattress Set on May 1 and after 6 weeks there is no denying that it is way too soft for my comfort level.
My dilemma is, what do I exchange it for? My husband and I tried out many beds in stores before we ended up buying online. However, we could never find the same names/models numbers when we looked online. I knew I wanted a Serta Perfect Day because I tried out several in person.
It seems that mattresses are sold under many different names. How can I cross reference a mattress I found in a store with one you carry? Is there some secret to doing this or are the beds sold online different from the beds sold in stores?
Hi Bridget,
My initial thought when you said the Reawaken Pillowsoft is too soft for you is to go to the Reawaken Firm. There is quite a difference in comfort between the two models the Firm is a 2 on the Comfort Scale and the Pillowsoft is a 6.5.
Your other option would be to go with a Firm Euro Top such as the Enlivenment Firm Euro Top which is a 3 on the Comfort Scale.
As far as figuring out which model on our website is the same as the model you tried, you would have to get the specs on the mattress. Meaning how many coils are in it, what kind of foam layers are in the surface, is it a firm, pillowsoft, Plush Euro top, Firm Pillowtop, etc.

From John-
I am looking for a King size Vera Wang by Serta Serene Sophistication Euro Top King Set, do you have this item?
Hi John,
The Serta Latex Vera Wang line has been replaced by the Serta Latex Pure Response line. The specs are identical.
The model you are requesting has been replaced with the Lavish Latex Euro Top model.

I slept on the Serta Quality Sleeper Plush Hospitality Mattress at Quality Inn and Suites and really liked it. I know it’s available for purchase through the Serta Guest Purchase Program. Do you carry it?
Hi Alexandra,
Yes, we actually carry the same mattress as Quality Inn. It’s called the Serta Perfect Sleeper Bronze Suite Plush Mattress.

From Dorothy -
Are any of your mattresses “double sided”?
Or another way to ask this – are any of your mattresses able to be flipped?
Interested in a King set that will last – not sag or acquire a body ditch – in 8-15 years of use.
Hello Dorothy,
Most mattresses today are not double sided. However, we have a line of Serta Hotel Mattresses that are flippable.
The line is separated based on the quality of the hotel by 3 Star, 4 Star, and 5 Star.
Since you are looking for a mattress that will last you 8 to 15 years and something that resists compression, I would recommend either the 4 star hotel mattress or 5 star hotel mattress.

From Morgan -
My wife and I looked at a mattress in our local store and wondered if you carry it, though I couldn’t find it on your website. It is the Serta Vera Wang Beyond Nature Latex Eurotop.
Hi Morgan,
We don’t currently feature the Vera Wang line of latex mattresses on our site due to price restrictions put in place by Vera Wang. Vera Wang mattresses cannot be discounted as she feels it hurts her name. So we carry the Luxury Response collection of Serta mattresses which are identical in composition, but do not carry the Vera Wang name and thus we can sell them for whatever we would like. The equivalent to the Beyond Nature in the Luxury Response line is the Lavish Latex Euro Top Mattress Set.

From Ledine -
We recently stayed in a hotel that had the most comfortable bed ever! We emailed the hotel and they informed us that it was a Serta Perfect Sleeper Presidential Suite model. We’ve looked online and on your website and cannot find this model. Could this be an older model? Was it replaced by another similar model? Thank you!
Hello Ledine,
The Presidential Suite is a mattress that is specifically designed for hotels. You can see Serta’s hotel line up on our website, however the names are different.
They are separated based on the quality of the hotel (3 Star, 4 Star, and 5 Star). You will need to know what the “comfort” was on the mattress you laid on meaning (Firm, Plush, or Pillowtop). Using just those two pieces of information, you’ll be able to find exactly what you’re looking for. However, if you’re having a bit of trouble or would like to talk to someone for a little more insight, give us a call at 1-800-455-1052
