I just spoke with my Tradewins Rep regarding your question.
You would have to attach your own hardware to hang the mirror on the wall.
The back is bare.

Yes, you can alternate the ladder. It’s fairly easy to do. You would also need to set up the top bunk rail so that the opening is in the coordinating position.
