Does the Fraser Daybed come with a trundle drawer? Is it avaiable in black?

Hi Jacqie,
That daybed is only available with a pop up trundle. It is not of a drawer style that hides the mattress on the trundle. As for the availability of the daybed it is in fact in stock in the distressed black.

I am sorry, I don’t know of any daybeds that are as thin as you need. Daybeds accept a twin mattress which is 38 inches wide, in which all of the daybed depths would be 38 inches or bigger.

The Fraser Daybed in frost looks like a matte white in person. Frost is just their fancy name for white.

Daybed Highriser Height

Could you please tell me the measurement of the highrise. I have a daybed and am wondering if it will fit underneath it. The inside measurement is about 74 inches. Also, since it is called a “highriser” does that mean that it pops up higher than other mattresses. I’d like it to be at the same height as my daybed mattress–making it a more comfortable king sized bed. Please also give me the measurement of the height popped up.

The high rise unit is made to fit underneath daybeds. We unfortunately do not have the actual dimensions from Wesley Allen. The unit will pop up to a rough height of 12″-14″ in..

I want a wooden daybed with a trundle, but the trundle has to raise to the same height as the daybed so I can put a king-converter on the two twin mattresses. Do you have such an item?

A daybed mattress is a typical twin size mattress size (38w X 75L). Thickness is entirely up to you. The only place that you are limited on thickness would be on the trundle if you use one and that would be a max
of 8″ thick.

Hi McDonald,
Unfortunately I do not believe that there is a daybed that will fit your needs. Daybeds hold a twin size mattress which is 75″. After that you have roughly 2″ of space between the mattress and the daybed arms so that you have room for a comforter. So in that sense you would be at 77″ already and with the added width of the arms the daybed would be too wide for you.
