Unfortunately, the model numbers will not help me identify the mattress as those will change from store to store and region to region throughout the country with Serta mattresses. Since it is a Euro Top and in the Sertapedic line, that narrows it down to being one of two mattresses. The mattresses would be what we call the Heiress Euro Top or the Elite Calm Euro Top. There are a couple of ways to determine which would be the same as the Canton. The first way is to determine whether that Canton model you have uses a layer of Latex foam in the comfort padding layers. If it does, then it will be the match to the Elite Calm. If you do not know that information, you can then tell by the height of the mattress alone. If the mattress is 11.5” thick, from base to crown, then it will be the Elite Calm. If the mattress is 12.5” thick from base to crown, then it will be the match to the Heiress Euro Top.
