Just a quick note to let you know that our new mattress has arrived and we are very happy with the mattress and the overall buying and shipping
process. One question that I do have concerns the comfort scale. For the mattress I bought the web page listed the comfort scale as a 6. My
assessment is that it is closer to a 2 or 3. I understand the terms of my purchase and I an very happy with the mattress. I was wondering if you had
any suggestions as to what could be done to soften the comfort of the mattress. Thanks for your help with this matter.

The comfort scale is somewhat subjective but keep in mind that the mattress will soften up over time. However if you would like to increase the softness immediately, you can add a topper to the surface of the mattress.
There are various foam toppers ranging from basic egg crate polyurethane, to visco memory foam, and latex foam.
