Im guessing your educated about mattresses brenda ? so what’s your opinion on the abby lynn, did we make a wise choice ?……….Greg

Anyone know what the chemical smell is coming from the mattress?
I’m sleeping in the spare bedroom as the mattress store says they can’t consider replacing it (I have to pay a 10% restocking fee + delivery costs)for 30 days. They consider it a “comfort” issue not a health issue..I beg to differ…advice??

My husband and I bought this bed and had it delivered. The day it was delivered, I went to get into the bed on my side and the side gave out. The next day, there was a huge lump sticking out of the side of the bed. We called the company that we bought this mattress from and they gave us a hard time. Finally I called their corporate office and they sent out a mattress inspector free of charge and eventually replaced the mattress. We’re now a week and a half into the replacement mattress and the same thing is happening! I called the company once again and spoke with the customer service manager. He wants to replace the mattress again and if there’s an issue then we can go look at other mattresses. I spoke with him further and we both decided that it would be beneficial for us to just go look at other mattresses and skip replacing the Kearsley again. The second mattress that we got was comfortable until the side bowed out again. We are really disappointed. I hope the rest of you don’t have this issue, but it seems to be a known issue with this mattress.
