If I choose White Glove Delivery:
1. Will the mattress be delivered with the metal frame together? (I will buy the frame from your website together.)
2. Can I put off the delivery for few days in case my new rented apartment is not yet ready?
3. Or can you just arrange to deliver in a particular date, say 14 days from the order? (normally 1-2 weeks.)
If I choose Guaranteed 2 days Delivery:
1. Will the mattress be delivered with the metal frame together?
Hi Ning,
No matter which delivery service you choose, when you purchase a frame with a mattress set, the frame will come at the same time of as the mattress set. When choosing the White Glove delivery, everything will be brought in and assembled for you and when choosing the 2 day delivery, everything would be dropped off at your curbside for you to take in and set up. Also, the delivery time for White Glove will be the 1-2 week time frame with the delivery agent calling you shortly after the 1 week point to schedule the specific date and time window for delivery. Once that agent calls you, they can then hold the order for up to 10 business days after to accommodate your schedule. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule any delivery dates up front and the delivery agent must call you once they receive the order in your area.
