Is the NXG Simmons Beautyrest NxG 100 Firm compatible with adjustable beds?
3 different Sleepy mattress reps gave me 3 different opinions/answers.

Our Simmons rep has informed everyone at our company that any mattress that Simmons produces is compatible with adjustable foundations, so the NXG line would be included in that.

Camdenhurst vs Wethersfield

I have read in your blog that the equal to a Camdenhurst is a Wethersfield in the Stearns and Foster line however when I look at the Camdenhurst Queen on the Mattress Firm website they show a 825 coil count and on your website the coil count for a Wethersfeild is 713. Is this correct or is Mattress Firm faulse advertising?

The Camdenhurst is indeed the same as the Wethersfield.
The reason for the variation in coil numbers is because the Coil Density is 825 but the actual Coil Count is 713.

Sealy Plush Mattress Matches

I was looking at mattresses at Sleepys and liked the unity Ultra Plush and the carmel river ultra Plush in Queen size. What Mattress do you sell that would be equal to or better than these?

The Unity is the exact same as our Hope Mills and the Carmel River is the exact same as our Akerman, both of which are in the Sealy signature collection. You can view these models, and all of the Sealy plush models in our Sealy mattress section.

Is the latex in you mattress toppers 100% natural or is it blended with synthetic latex?

The latex in all of the Natura mattress toppers is 100% natural, organic latex. Natura does not use any synthetic latex and pride themselves on being all organic and the most “green” company as possible.

Stearns and Foster Kearsley

I was looking at a Stearns and Foster King “Kearsley” model at a retailer. Loved the feel of the mattress BUT I can’t find any information on this model. I’m a smart consumer who does his homework. What can you tell me about this model mattress. How old is this model and where does it rate in the consumer index. I’ve owned Stearns and Foster mattresses most of my life, but this model is very unknown to me.

The S&F Kearsley is in their Estate collection, which is the higher-end model that uses the Inteli-Coil, coil inside of coil individually pocketed design. S&F has not released the Estate collection to any online retailer yet and they are currently only in brick and mortar retail stores and that is why you cannot find any information about that model on our website. We currently only have access to the Core collection, the entry level S&F models with a single individually pocketed coil. As far as feel, the closest match on our site would be the Wethersfield, but again, the coil structure is different and I would recommend trying a Core collection model in a local store in your area before making the decision due to the different construction.

Austin Terrace Mattress

Today I visited two mattress stores, each with a Stearns & Fosters innerspring firm mattress that I liked. In one store it was called the
“Kimberly Firm LX”, and another had an “Austin Terrace” mattress.
Do you know which of your mattresses is similar/identical to one or both of these?

We don’t carry the Kimberly because it is part of the Estate collection; a collection that is prohibited from being sold online. But, the Austin Terrace matches up to the Wethersfield on our site.
