Fall Back and Catch Up on your Sleep!

Don’t forget to set your clocks back before going to bed tonight. The switch takes place at exactly 2am Sunday (which becomes 1am) so you can still get up at your regular time and have the added bonus of a little extra sleep.

Many news outlets will cover the event (so no excuse Monday morning at work that you didn’t hear about it) and a lot of interesting stories on sleep and its affects on our bodies will be covered. This one from MSNBC discusses some of the more mysterious aspects of sleep.
