I am planning to buy Simmons mattress from your website. But I heard Simmons is going to bankrupt. If so, how can I get 10 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects

Simmons was bought by the same company that owns Serta which is called Restokraft. The Simmons warranty is still honored even though the father company has changed.
Good luck EVER making a warranty claim on a simmons mattress tho. I don’t believe it has ever been done. I only hear of valid claims being denied. They say they have a warranty, but never honor it.

I have a exceptionale , bought Nov 2007, but slept on less than 6mos.
long story short Simmons sent someone over to evaluate today, and from the way he was speaking I know I am beat…Just looking for any other way to combat.. In addition, the store I purchased from is OOB…
