We have a manufacturer here local to us in Michigan that builds custom size mattresses to the dimensions that you will need. You can view the 6 different models/comfort levels that offer on our site. Since you are in MD, there would be no charge for shipping as well as no sales tax, so the price you see online for the model you choose would be the final price. All of the custom size mattress sets typically take 10-12 weeks for delivery.
