My wife and I are buying a king size platform bed with a slatted support system and am wondering if the Simmons Beautyrest Dakar Plush mattress would work with this bed? We would like to avoid getting a box spring but do not want to void the warranty on the mattress. Is this mattress capable of being properly used with a bed of this type? Thanks and have a great day.

Yes, the Simmons Dakar Plush would work with a slatted platform bed.
Using this mattress without a box spring on a platform bed will not void the warranty.
