Do your mattresses come with bed frames?
Hi Cari,
Not all of the mattress sets on our website come with a free frame. It states on the product page inder “purchase includes” if it comes with a free frame.
The price to add a frame to a mattress set is $59.00 in the cart.

I am looking for a mattress that will fit the lower half of a wood framed trundle bed. The inside measurements of the wood frame is 39 x 72 inches with a maximum height clearance of 7 inches. Would your Sealy Verda mattress shown on your web site fit this criteria?
Hi Bruce,
The twin Verda wouldn’t work for your situation as it is too long. A standard twin mattress is 75” long. If you have any questions that you would like to discuss with our sales staff, please feel free to contact us by dialing 1 800 455 1052.

A few years ago I bought a mattress that I like very much. It is a Sealy Reflexion Newport Beach. I want to order a similar mattress. What would be today’s equivalent?
Hi Howard,
The Sealy Reflexion Newport Beach Plush was a very good seller. Their current latex line up is called Springfree. There wouldn’t be a comparable model in the sense of the types of latex used in the surface but the current plush model is called the Garden Vine Plush.

Can you please give me a price quote on a Sealy Backsaver Bed Nevada Sky Pillowtop mattress and box spring set?
Hi Martin,
Sealy creates different names for the same mattress from store to store in an effort to make shopping around more difficult. I can match the Nevada Sky to the name that was issued to our site, but I would need to know more information, specifically the number of coils in the mattress, mattress height without boxspring, and if the mattress contains any Visco memory foam or Latex; your local retailer should have this information on file. Once you have determined the above information, please give us a call at 1-800-455-1052 and we can match it for you.

From Ledine -
We recently stayed in a hotel that had the most comfortable bed ever! We emailed the hotel and they informed us that it was a Serta Perfect Sleeper Presidential Suite model. We’ve looked online and on your website and cannot find this model. Could this be an older model? Was it replaced by another similar model? Thank you!
Hello Ledine,
The Presidential Suite is a mattress that is specifically designed for hotels. You can see Serta’s hotel line up on our website, however the names are different.
They are separated based on the quality of the hotel (3 Star, 4 Star, and 5 Star). You will need to know what the “comfort” was on the mattress you laid on meaning (Firm, Plush, or Pillowtop). Using just those two pieces of information, you’ll be able to find exactly what you’re looking for. However, if you’re having a bit of trouble or would like to talk to someone for a little more insight, give us a call at 1-800-455-1052

From Heather in Greenville, Illinois -
I was looking at your website for a queen-sized mattress for my new apartment. I am living on the third floor and the stair way is not very large so I was looking to get a split box spring to make it easier to get it up to the apartment. I could not find a queen-sized split box spring and was wondering if I just missed it or if your company really didn’t sell them.
Hi Heather,
We do sell split queen box springs. To receive one it is an additional $100. If you would like to add this please place your order over the phone at 1-800-455-1052.

When a description on your site says “Complete Bed”, what exactly does that mean? Some of the pictures have bedding and a mattress, is that included?
Hi Nora,
When we have the description of “complete bed” it is referring to the headboard, footboard and the frame. Mattresses and bedding are not included in complete bed, but are available for purchase. If you see something you like and it’s not listed clearly online, you can call our experts at 1-800-455-1052 and they’ll be able to help you out.

From Katie -
I need a queen size mattress but I don’t know what’s best for me. My lower back isn’t good and can sometimes cause me problems, but I like a softer feeling mattress. I looked at a few different mattresses on your site and thought they might be good:
Sealy Gem Turquoise Plush Pillowtop
Serta Sertapedic Heiress Euro Top
Sealy Graceful Plush Euro Top
Simmons DeepSleep Mount Princeton Pillowtop
I’m an average size woman, what would you recommend?
Hi Katie,
My best suggestion is to go to a local mattress store and try some different mattresses until you find something that feels good to you. We can then match whatever model you find if you have the specifications of the mattress (size, coil count, foam). It is very difficult to recommend a mattress with the information that you have given me.
I usually recommend something that has a medium level of firmness for people with pain in the lower back, although you did say that you prefer a softer mattress. It is best to choose a mattress that is just soft enough to be comfortable while still offering some good firm support would be the best choice. The four mattresses that you have listed below are all too soft in my opinion, if you have a problem with your lower back.
You would be better suited to a firmer mattress such as the Vast Sky Plush mattress set by Sealy or the Serta Elite Calm Pillow Soft.
Please call us at 1-800-455-1052 if you have any other questions, we will be happy to help you.

From Cindy -
I currently have a queen size Kingsbridge Stearns and Foster mattress. It is about 9 years old and still very comfortable but it has stains from 3 babies sleeping there on occasion. We like a relatively firm mattress, I have back issues, my husband also has a bad back. I would like something to minimize how much I can feel his tossing and turning. The one I have now has a padding on top sort of like your euro coil in coil ones. What mattress do you recommend please? Also I have a queen Ethan Allen sleigh bed, do you think there is a way to put a king mattress on that without changing beds?
Hi Cindy,
The best manufacturer for motion separation in the mattress, so you don’t feel your partners movement, is Simmons Beautyrest.
Since you like firm mattresses, there are several we carry you might like. There are three mattresses that Simmons offers that are firm and offer the most motion separation: Fondulac Latex Luxury Firm, Tallinn Visco Latex Luxury Firm and the Harare Visco Extra Firm. Slightly lower in motion separation but a customer favorite is the Lusaka Visco Extra Firm. The Lusaka Visco Plush-Firm which another customer favorite offers a bit more cushioning and is rated a 6 on our comfort scale.
No, you probably won’t be able to convert your Queen Sleigh Bed into a King, but you may want to double check with Ethan Allen directly.
